Krumkakke

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. melted butter

Beat sugar and eggs well. Add whipping cream, milk, and vanilla. Fold in flour and salt. Add butter. Warm Krumkakke iron and grease with unsalted butter for the first cookie. No grease is required for the rest. Pour 1 tablespoon batter on the iron. Bake about 2 minutes on each side or until light brown. Take off the iron and roll on a cone or wooden spoon handle.
